What is a species?



What is a species?
A species is a particular kind of animal that so grouped, by using morphological traits: the outward body appearance alone. Using this species can be grouped, as in a fish has scales and a squid tentacles. Those with scales will be under fish, and those with tentacles will go under squids. Later on they can be classified more specifically.
